Não consigo dormir, tenho a mente cheia de bichinhos,

SIM BICHINHOS!!

porque não são pensamentos concretos, ideias fixas, ou sequer imagens bem definidas,

são apenas bichinhos que não me deixam dormir.

I can't sleep, my mind is full of bugs,

YES BUGS!

Because they are not concrete thoughts , fixed ideas, or even well-defined images 

are just bugs that will not let me sleep.
